1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Final Frame ("the Service"), operated by Within A Frame Productions, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Final Frame is an indie film production planning platform that provides project management, call sheet creation and distribution, script management, team collaboration, and related production tools.

3. Account Registration

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.

4. Subscription Plans & Payments

• Free Plan: Limited to 1 project, 15 crew/cast members, 10 shots. Call sheet sending costs $1.99 per send.
• Pro Plan: $20 for the first 3 months, then $10/month. Unlimited projects, shots, and cast/crew.
• Pro+ Plan: $15/month. All Pro features plus team collaboration, advanced exports, calendar, and expense tracking.
• Payments are processed securely through Stripe. All prices are in USD.
• Subscriptions do not auto-renew. You will be notified before your plan expires.
• You can cancel your subscription at any time from your Account settings. Cancellation takes effect immediately and downgrades your account to the Free plan.
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact info@finalframe.site for refund requests.

5. SMS Messaging Terms

• SMS notifications are optional and require explicit opt-in consent.
• By opting in, you consent to receive production-related SMS notifications from Final Frame, operated by Within A Frame Productions.
• Messages may include call sheet alerts, schedule updates, crew or cast confirmations, production reminders, and other time-sensitive production-related notifications.
• Message frequency varies based on production activity.
• Message and data rates may apply. Check with your carrier for details.
• To opt out, reply STOP to any message.
• To get help, reply HELP or contact info@finalframe.site.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• We will not sell, rent, or share your phone number, mobile information, SMS opt-in information, or messaging consent with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.
• SMS consent is not a condition of purchasing or using Final Frame.
• Final Frame does not use production-related SMS notifications to send advertising or promotional marketing messages.

6. User Content

• You retain ownership of all content you upload or create on the Service (scripts, call sheets, project data).
• You grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.
• You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any content you upload.
• We do not claim ownership of your creative works.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
• Upload malicious content or attempt to compromise the Service's security.
• Share your account credentials with unauthorized individuals.
• Use the SMS features to send spam, unsolicited messages, or content unrelated to production activities.
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation.

8. Team Collaboration

• Pro+ plan allows team collaboration with up to 4 members per project.
• Project owners are responsible for managing team member access.
• Collaborators have view-only access unless granted additional permissions.

9. Account Termination

• You may delete your account at any time, which permanently removes all your data.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
• Upon termination, your access to the Service and all data will be permanently revoked.

10. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Within A Frame Productions is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notice. Continued use of the Service after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of the state in which Within A Frame Productions operates.
