SMS Notifications & Consent

SMS recipients can be either:

• Final Frame account holders who use the platform to plan their own productions and choose to receive SMS notifications for their account, or
• Production participants — such as cast or crew members added to someone else’s production — who do not have a Final Frame account but need to receive call sheets and production updates by text.

You do not need a Final Frame account to receive production SMS notifications, but you do need to separately provide consent (see below).

SMS messages are sent only to recipients who have provided consent to receive them. A production participant does not need to create a Final Frame account in order to receive production SMS notifications, but they must separately provide consent to receive SMS messages.

Adding a phone number to a production contact list is not consent. A producer entering someone’s phone number into Final Frame does not automatically subscribe that person to SMS. The recipient must independently and affirmatively opt in through Final Frame’s public consent page before receiving any messages.

SMS consent is always:

• Voluntary and optional.
• Separate from Terms & Conditions acceptance — you can agree to one without the other.
• Never required to create a Final Frame account, use the platform, or participate in a production.
• Recorded with the date, time, and the exact consent language you saw, so the record is auditable.

Once opted in, you may receive transactional production notifications such as:

• Notification that a call sheet has been delivered
• Notification that an updated call sheet or production document has been delivered
• Other similar notifications directly related to production documents being provided through Final Frame

Two examples of the exact messages you might receive:

Final Frame does not send advertising, promotional, or marketing SMS. All production SMS messages are transactional and directly related to a production the recipient is participating in.

Frequency & Disclosures

• Message frequency varies depending on the production and the number of production documents or updates associated with it.
• Message and data rates may apply. Contact your mobile carrier for specific pricing.
• Reply STOP to any Final Frame message to opt out of SMS. Opt-out takes effect immediately.
• Reply HELP for help, or email info@finalframe.site.
• SMS consent is optional and is not required to use Final Frame.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Your Privacy

Final Frame respects recipients’ privacy. Your phone number, mobile information, SMS opt-in status, and messaging consent will not be sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.
