• Payment information: Processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your credit card details.

• SMS consent: If you opt in to SMS notifications, we collect your phone number, opt-in status, and consent timestamp for messaging compliance and to provide the SMS service.

We automatically collect:

• Usage data via Google Analytics (anonymized page views, session data).
• Session tokens for authentication.

3. How We Use Your Information

• To provide and maintain the Service.
• To send call sheets via email (Resend) when you request it.
• To send production-related call sheet alerts, schedule updates, crew or cast confirmations, production reminders, and other notifications by SMS when you voluntarily opt in.
• To maintain records of SMS consent and opt-out requests for compliance with applicable messaging requirements.
• To process payments through Stripe.
• To send billing reminders and account notifications.
• To respond to support requests.
• To improve the Service through anonymized analytics.

4. SMS Messaging

If you voluntarily opt in to SMS notifications through Final Frame, we may use your phone number to send production-related text messages associated with projects or productions in which you are participating.

These messages may include:

• Call sheet notifications
• Schedule updates or changes
• Crew or cast confirmations
• Production reminders
• Other time-sensitive production-related notifications

Message frequency varies depending on production activity. Message and data rates may apply.

You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any SMS message. Reply HELP for assistance.

SMS messaging is provided through Twilio on behalf of Within A Frame Productions.

Your phone number, mobile information, SMS opt-in information, and messaging consent will not be sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. We may share this information with service providers, such as Twilio, solely as necessary to provide the SMS messaging service, maintain the Service, or comply with legal and regulatory requirements.

SMS consent is optional and is not required to purchase or use Final Frame.

We retain SMS consent records as necessary to document compliance with applicable messaging requirements.

5. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

• Stripe — Payment processing. Subject to Stripe's Privacy Policy.
• Twilio — SMS messaging and delivery services on behalf of Within A Frame Productions. Subject to Twilio's Privacy Policy.
• Resend — Email delivery. Subject to Resend's Privacy Policy.
• Google Analytics — Anonymized usage analytics.
• Open-Meteo — Weather data (no personal data shared).

6. Data Security

We use industry-standard measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), hashed passwords (bcrypt), and secure session management. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

7. Data Retention & Deletion

• Your data is retained as long as your account is active.
• You can delete your account at any time from Account > Settings, which permanently removes all your data, projects, and payment history.
• SMS consent records are retained for regulatory compliance even after account deletion.

8. Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information. You can manage your data through your Account settings or contact us at info@finalframe.site.

9. Children's Privacy

The Service is not intended for individuals under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or an in-app notice. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
